@Austin I do not care for the meme coin price. I have provided ampdot's wallet and related tweets from his X page which shows over $1M USD of donated funds dumped onto the community even after saying selling would be paused. I think it is ethically unconscionable to be raising funds additional funds here after deceiving such a large sum of money from community members who were blind-sided by ampdot's actions. At the very least, there should be a note on this fund raising to say that over 1M USD has been raised already, since the fund raising page currently states that ampdot is not raising any other funding.

I am writing again to alert that ampdot has continued to engage in market manipulation of the memecoin ACT. The market manipulation involves claiming to stop selling community donated funds in the memecoin ACT to increase the price of the token, and subsequently selling (in total) over 1M USD in tokens donated by the community. This proposal should be shutdown immediately and funds returned to donors. Ampdot's details used to create this fund may be subject to a subpoena in violation of securities trading laws.

This funding should be ceased as the proposer (ampdot) has been donated 40M tokens in a meme coin called $ACT, and has already sold off over $240k USD, despite community calls to not sell these tokens and vest it in a linear schedule. The funds raised through the sale of the memecoins should be put towards this manifund rather than sitting in his personal blockchain wallet.

Ampdot's remaining holdings are still valued at over 1M USD at the time of writing.

Many investors have lost substantial funds because ampdot shared and endorsed the memecoin to collect funds, but then subsequently acted hostile towards the community by selling large sums of donated tokens and closing off dialogue. The price of the token plummeted over 80% from its all-time-highs.

He has since re-commenced dialogue with the community to prop up the price of the token, while simultaneously and continuously selling the token, thereby draining the liquidity from community raised funds and manipulating the market. Many in the community feel that his behavior has been highly unethical.
