In this case, tokens are consumed every time we interact with the API, which is integral to the functionality of the project. However, it’s not just about spending $1,000 per month on tokens; the project itself is much larger and more complex.

To clarify, I’m currently covering my basic living expenses—food, rent, utilities—so that I can fully focus on this project, which I've been working on for the past 5 months. It's been a challenging journey, and I’m aware of the high costs and technical difficulties involved in developing a large language model (LLM). That's why we rely heavily on external APIs like OpenAI's to handle the required functionality.

It’s important to note that we’re not just building a website, but two connected platforms: one focused on operations and sales, and the other on administration, which is linked to an ecosystem of three additional apps. This ecosystem is designed to create a deeper market experience. So, while the current costs are high (I’ve already spent over $4,000 on the API), it’s crucial for the next stages of the project, especially as we focus on making it easier for key stakeholders—such as farmers and entrepreneurs who require non-virtual training—to integrate and adopt the system.

At this point, the project needs more resources, not just for the technical side but also for marketing, advertising, and expanding the team. I don’t currently have anyone helping with design or execution, which is necessary to gain more clients, penetrate the market, and make the impact we’re aiming for.
