I hope you manage to raise the funding you need. I also think this could have real clinical value, because access to systems like 3dMD and VECTRA is still very limited. Even where I live, there is only one such system available.
You're pledging to donate if the project hits its minimum goal and gets approved. If not, your funds will be returned.
Aura is milimetric level med-tech software candidate. Benchmarks show milimetric and sub-milimetric accuracy and validate on 10 subjects but not enough to support a clinical accuracy claim. I need more patients/subjects or larger ground truth dataset for independent clinical validation. That's I need to fund. Minimum value is 20,000 dollar and my goal is 50,000 dollar. Because I want to achieve Aura reach 3Dmd/vectra level and let it eliminate need of the class level device.
if I get 20,000 dollars: Access 40 or 50 subject and measure median, scale-error, region-error, refusal rate and p95
If I get 50,000 dollars: Access 100 or 120 subjects and measure in addition to above p99, 3Dmd/vectra-class accuracy

I’m really impressed. If you can secure the funding and get this right, it could be nothing short of revolutionary. Systems like 3dMD and VECTRA are extremely expensive, and we’re talking about software that could potentially replace them.
