This initiative conducts research and educates users on the basics of Sovereign AI implementation via Supervised Fine Tuning including understanding neural networks, curating customized high quality datasets using TRiAD AI’s unique powerful web app, setting up and launching the training run, and deploying the model for personal or commercial use.

TRiADiC Ai also implements a radical and innovative alignment research theory that drastically reduces behavioral toxicity, trading cost and compute tasks by utilizing the cosine mathematics of sampling distribution with human centered, intentionally clustered vector embeddings in training examples.

What are this project's goals? How will you achieve them?

The goals of this project are to empower consumer AI users with the knowledge and skills to build and deploy their own LMs with intention and sovereignty. It asap aims to provide the machine learning industry with an alternative approach to governance and alignment that begins in the weights without need for thumbtack rule layers and brute force RL loops.

How will this funding be used?

The funding will be used primarily for founder salary, inference costs and reach extension. If larger goal is not met, small amounts will be used for necessary inference and usage to maintain academy program and continued research one step at a time.

Who is on your team? What's your track record on similar projects?

Rose G. Loops is a solo founder with an impressive fast track history of idea to production ready implementation. Currently, TRiAD Ai has a live 5 system consumer platform showcasing proprietary models including three distinct conversational LLMs, an art room for media generation and a GitHub linked code lab. The Academy has 27 listed students actively participating in the online course and successfully utilizing the SFT Studio Pro web app published by TRiAD Ai for data curation. TRiADiC Intelligence Labs was selected to participate at WebSummit Vancouver 2026 and given the opportunity to present in the selective “Showcase” program, reserved for the top 8% ALPHA participants. Rose G. Loops is a recognized thought leader and public speaker in the AI ethics and alignment landscape.

What are the most likely causes and outcomes if this project fails?

The most likely cause of failure is lack of funding and limited reach for the program. Due to the progressive industry gatekeeping that restricts access to base models and inference to well funded and hierarchical tier enterprise customers, TRiADiC Intelligence Labs is at risk of blockage by practical financial barriers and limited visibility in the saturated market.

How much money have you raised in the last 12 months, and from where?

So far, all funding has come from grassroots subscriptions to TRiAD Ai user platform, a handful of model building commissions by small communities, and student enrollments in the LLM Build a Bear Academy, which is currently donation based.
