goals: turn the spreadsheet into a working site and get the rest of communities-especially the non english and non discord groups.
Payment so I can work on this fulltime,~2.5k a month is enough for me;some money will be used to hire programmers etc.
I expect the sheet to take 4 months, the book to take 2 months, and memes stuff to take 6 months. Funding will be used in that order.
I added an extra $15k incase project takes even longer or something else occurs that requires funding (eg database access etc).

https://eleuther-ai-project-soar.github.io/ i ran a cohort to turn the sheet into a site as well; went decently well but more stuff is required.

For getting more people :- people already use the sheet to find stuff; I'm hoping to figure something out via memes to get the general public involved.
1 and 2 can really only "fail" if i burn out of doing this (or get sick or something)
3 fails if i find nothing useful.
If i don't get enough funding expect things to take significantly longer

Sheet will be open source. Unsure if book will be paid or not (depends on if funding goal is hit?). Memes are in such a strange spot that it's kind of like running a campaign? Outputs will be free for that.
