We've transitioned from our planned nonprofit structure to a for-profit company. We've signed an MFN SAFE for the full amount donated through Manifund.

During any liquidity event, Manifund would distribute proceeds back to the original donor balances proportional to the amount they contributed.

We're still building automated research tools focused on AI safety problems - the for-profit structure gives us more flexibility to scale. Over the coming months, we'll be implementing governance structures (i.e., PBC) to keep us aligned with our mission.
