Frank is a formern Microsoft game developer with 20 years of product and AI experience working in China and the former Soviet Union. He launched Xbox in Asia and was head of a game studio in Beijing later acquired by Tencent Mobile. Currently he is a cofounder of Ghostdog Systems, an AI agent startup developing agentic cybersecurity and automation solutions. Frank holds a degrees from Rutgers College and Harvard University. He also served in the US Army 10 years as an all source intelligence officer.
